In 2002 Michael’s oldest daugther Patricia got her first pony from her father after riding at the local riding school for 3 years. The pony was Felix, a big welsh cob pony. When the daugther lost interest in him, he had to find a new home away from the riding school, so Michael took him home as a lawn mower on his own farm. But the pony didn’t fit inside the house with the humans so Michael had to get him some fourlegged company. 3 years later something had gone terribly wrong and the place was now a ponyfarm housing 22 horses and ponies. When the last of the children moved out a few years later, the big horses were sold and Michael invested in some quality blood ponies. Now he was ready to go all in on pony breeding.

Today the ponies are ridden, feeded and trained by girls from all over Europe through a workawayer programme. The girls come with a great tool box of training skills, so the ponies are trained in ground work, dressage, jumping and forest rides.
